Catch up with previous news at Clare's Organics.May 2008 NewsletterHello to you all. It’s been a rather strange May for us here with everything happening at once. Sadly my uncle died suddenly at the beginning of May which was a massive shock to us all. We are very fortunate that our family live very close together which has meant we have been able to spend a lot of time with each other which has been a great comfort. My uncle was a proper old fashioned uncle and lived next door to my parents which meant we were very close, I could always rely on him to make me laugh or play a practical joke on me, I will miss him. On The MoveI said that everything was happening at once and it is - we are also on the move and thus from the 2nd of June our office will no longer be based in Ashbury. We are moving house/office to Eaton Hastings (by Buscot) but the chickens will stay based at Westmill farm, so this will not affect our delivery area. Our new address and telephone number will be: Clare's Organics Tel: 01367 240077 This will mean we may not be able to receive any emails from the 31st of May until possibly the 9th of June. Quite how I’m going to be able to cope without the internet I don’t know. So if you need to contact us between these dates it will be better to call us. Sorry to be a pain. Packing RoomAlbeit a month late our new refrigerated packing room will be completed within 2 weeks; unfortunately not in time for this month’s boxes but fingers crossed for Junes. We are both hoping with the extra space we will be able to reduce the amount of time it takes to pack all of the boxes. I will include a picture in next month’s letter so you can see what we do. BBQ?While the weather is being kind you may be thinking about having a BBQ; if so don’t forget we do a special BBQ box at just £13. You can also add steaks or sausages to your order if you like.
