Below are some of the more frequent questions our customers ask us.


1. When will my box be delivered?

2. What if I´m not at home?

Don't worry. If you will not be home we can instruct our courier to leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour. Alternatively you can arrange delivery to your place of work if that suits you best.

3. How will my order be delivered?

Your order is delivered in a thermally insulated box which will hold it at the right temperature until you get home.

4. Is there a delivery charge?

For local deliveries, i.e. in the Swindon/Faringdon and surrounding areas, we do not change for delivery if your box is delivered on our usual delivery dates (see above) - Please note, there is a minimum order value of £30 to qualify for this. If you are outside this area we can arrange a respectable courier to deliver your box but there would be a £9.95 charge, this would we waivered if your order is over £100. If you have any questions, please drop us an E-Mail.

5. Is your produce fresh or frozen ?

All of the poultry in our boxes is fresh.

6. What if I don't like something?

That´s fine, we don´t all like the same things. If you have any particular dislikes please let us know when you place your order.

7. What if I want to add to my order?

No problem, just provide us with 3 days notice and we will put it in your box (subject to availability).

8. Do you pass my details to third parties?

We will never give any of your details to anyone else.

9. I want to recycle my box, what can I do?

We want this too. Please leave your box out for us, together with the ice packs, on your next delivery day, we can then re-use it.
