By placing an order for a monthly meat box you are agreeing to us delivering a meat box to you each month until such time that you provide us with the notice required to cancel. 2. Should you wish to stop or cancel your box for any reason we require no less than 5 working days notice before your next box is due. Box delivery dates can be found in our FAQ’s section. 3. If you are paying by credit/debit card you are giving us your consent to hold your card details for processing of payments each time a box is due. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement if we are refused authority at any stage. 4. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or by standing order this can be arranged. PLEASE NOTE: Cheques are accepted only from regular monthly box customers who receive deliveries within our 25 mile delivery radius. 5. Due to the nature of our products, weights may vary. However, we will endeavour to get them as close as possible to the approximate weights listed. 6. Monthly Boxes - Occasionally some items may be out of stock and on such occasions we will replace your requested item with one of equal value. 7. Bespoke Boxes - Occasionally some items may be out of stock and on such occasions we will contact you to discuss an alternative. 8. We always try to ensure our products arrive in the best possible condition to your door. Should your order arrive in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us immediately so we can resolve any issues. |
